God Bless you Dave. We went through hell trying to get to Heaven. I'll never forget the joy of playing drums for you. You are truly missed.
63 years old...so happy to have had the best music, best cars, best times that America has ever had to offer.
Ride I'll never forget .....
The best of kickass Southern Rock! Their version of Skynyrd's Free bird totally kicked ass! #DoubleTroubleAlbum
simply AMAAZING !!!!!! even after decades
So lucky to have em seen them
Lucky enough to see them 5 times
Rare when you can outdo the original but MH did it. And props to the Brothers for writing it.
He's putting his all into this song
the bass player just adds the right touch to their songs
My mom dated the lead singer from this band... And the lead singer of R.E.M.
I grew up listing to Montly Hatchet 🪓
Molly
Hi molly
Incredible MH tune. One of my favorite’s. ☮️🤍☮️🤍☮️🤍☮️and Danny’s voice is irreplaceable.
Unbelievable
Great❤
Such a GREAT band! I had all of their music by age 16. Molly Hatchet had a sound that cannot be duplicated.
tight.
🙏🇺🇲🔥
RIP all of them
Nothin sounds better than southern fried rock!
The riff from this song or the song itself was used in the credits of a movie and I can't remember what movie it was and it's driving me nuts. Got to see Molly Hatchet down in Nevada. Been more than ten years now and it was an excellent show.
I still remember seeing them in the late 70s in Boise, Idaho and enjoying every minute of the show
I could never whistle that good, cant say I didn't try lol
Never liked them but saw them twice in the late 70's. One was with The Outlaws, a far superior band, and I think the other was with UFO and Judas Priest. Regardless, I dislike this version of the Allman's song. I'm glad that you like it.
Nothing like good ole Southern Rock!
Beautiful work
Duane Roland without a mustache.
Nothing but the best there ever was!
Lenny garden
This is my second favorite song by Molly hatchet. Live On John Lennon 😢
I was 17 in 1977 saw these guys in Boston in 77 and 78. Great shows
The best rock vocalist ever !!!
Is it just me or did Dave Mathew’s rip this off? I Love Dave Mathew’s btw…
Don't forget the foot Stooping brothers of yesterday, educate the young 🌱 and prepare for tomorrow 🙂😄👿🤤. carry on 😄😜😭😭 southern rock 💯🪨 I and roll 😎🥐😎🥐 up 💪💪💪🥳.
I remember vividly when their first album hit the stores! Southern Rock at its best! Easily one of the greatest of my time! They hit the ground running and never stopped! Rest in Peace! Gone to soon ! We truly lived thru the Greatest generations of the 70s and early 80s ! It will never be that Great again!
I got the Flirtin with Disaster 8-track in March 1980, rocked out, then later joined a band and the first song we rehearsed was "Dreams I'll Never See." I was 16, drinkin beer and rockin
These southern rockers were the best. Miss it so much! Loved the 70s. Where's a DeLorean when I need one!!!
We be jammin'!
What year was this concert?
In the 70s, these groups gave it to you with bark on😂
This is rock n roll ...hard at its hardest.
Duane solo is what guitar is all about ! rip mate
Remember All these idols have passed away. The Bible says life is but a mist.
WONDERFUL
Best southern band ever! Yup I said it better than skynard.
The current band can't touch these guys, THE Ariginals
Great
Anyone know what year was this recorded?
Back when this hit the radio, all we had was radio, record players, cassette tapes... I remember a tv station that played rock songs with colored gel bubbles or whatever the hell it was... this was before mtv. Back then, music was everything. Its why 40 years later when we hear a classic song it all comes back to us. I cant remember what i did last week but I can remember all these song lyrics when I hear the song. I've got dreams, I'm never gonna see again Dreams get the best of me yet!
